Firedocs

Check the following points when running into installation problems. After that make sure you read the FAQ. Also don't hesitate to ask for help in the forum.

Important: Restart your browser for changes to take effect!

1. Make sure you run an up to date browser.
   Firedocs works with Firefox 3.0 or later. In Firefox select:
   • (Firefox) Menu Extra > About Mozilla Firefox
   • Update your browser if needed.
2. Enable JavaScript, Java and Cookies. Check the following boxes in the Settings:
   • (Firefox) Menu Firefox > Settings > Content > Enable JavaScript
   • (Firefox) Menu Firefox > Settings > Content > Enable Java
   • (Firefox) Menu Firefox > Settings > Privacy > Accept Cookies
   • (Firefox) Menu Firefox > Settings > Pricacy > Accept Cookies from Third Parties
3. Run the Java system check on Sun's Java Testpage. The testpage should give you a "Your Java is working" confirmation message after a couple of seconds. Your version should be Java 6 Update 12 or later.
   Linux users: Firedocs doesn't work with Open Java. You will need to install Sun Java to make it work.
