Firedocs

The asset dialog is for selecting files for the image, movie and attachment commands.

In the folder panel on the left side you can select:

• local folders
• remote folders (given the remote protocol supports it)
• a folder with custom Web Resources

Action Menu:

The action menu is located in the dialog toolbar. It has commands to

• add/remove local folders
• add/remove web resources
• set the insert point when inserting assets

View Menu:
The view menu is located in the dialog toolbar. It lets you show/hide the preview panel.

Web Resources

Web Resources let you embed external files into your document. A Web Resource kepps its url regardless of which remote protocol or document format currently is in use. You can add any number of web resources to the corresponding folder:

• (Asset Dialog) Actions > Add Web Resource

Asset Properties

Enter asset properties with the form below the file panel. Click the arrow on the left of the form to expand/collapse input fields.
